Talk
Presentation of a theoretical and methodological approach to creating a “mentally unstable AI” for an experimental theatre performance, together with a live demonstration of a real-time “therapy session” for a uniquely trained neurodivergent chatbot and an insight into a dramaturgical way of working with an AI as an equal improvisation partner.
Through creating an obviously unmarketable chatbot I use irony to question the power distribution between humans and AIs and problematize both implicit AI biases to neoliberal normalcy and implementation of AI in the mental health sector.
